about

This lovely lullaby was written by Annie for her daughter. The song asks the child to look out of the window at the clouds of the night spreading like the dark wings of a heron, putting closure on the deeds of the day.
Phil and Bill’s arrangement takes inspiration from Annie’s own choral setting of the song for Caarjyn Cooidjagh.

This was originally released as a CD in 2012 by Culture Vannin
